Tawfiq Morrar opened The Morrar Law Office to fulfill his passion of helping others. A longtime business owner with a lifetime of community service, his calling was to put his legal skills to use in the service of others.

A native of Elk Grove, California,  Mr. Morrar studied at University of California, Davis, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a minor in Economics.  He attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  At McGeorge, Mr. Morrar earned his Juris Doctor degree and successfully completed the rigorous Business Law program at McGeorge.

While at McGeorge, Mr. Morrar began working in the United State Bankruptcy Court, for the Eastern District of California, and continued working at the Court following his graduation. In 2014, he entered private practice.
